Chat Support
For the fastest support please use our Live Support feature when possible.
The Live Support button in located to the bottom-left of this page, and when
clicked will automatically open a chat window with our support staff. |
Trouble Ticket Support
If Live Support is not available, or the issue is not urgent, please
contact our support teams though the Support feature built into your
Account Control Panel. This will open a ticket with our support teams,
which you can track via your control panel. Using this feature will
add your log your issue to our systems to be addressed by the first
available support technician. Each time a post is made to the trouble
ticket our systems will automatically email you a notification.
Email
Support
In many cases you may find it easier to just email or use the support form located here, which will also email .
Although trouble ticket items are addressed before email issues, every
email will be answered swiftly. Both the trouble ticket system, and
email systems are monitored 24/7, and responses will be made during
and after regular business hours.

tech support from the main menu.
Emergency
Support
This support utility is available only for current Aesir Network’s clients,
and is to only be used for Network Emergencies. This utility bypasses the support
desk, voicemail system, telephone queues, and the ticket system: this alerts
real human beings immediately via email & cellular SMS. Both your account
representative, and the network technician on duty will have the message within
seconds of you pressing the submit button. Please review the procedures and limitations
