Love Life

Jeff Kosakow

He's suave Cary Grant, virile Burt Lancaster and intriguing Montgomery Clift, having passionate love affairs with Eva Marie Saint, Deborah Kerr and Elizabeth Taylor-in his fantasies. In reality, Tim Wolfe is a Madison Avenue copywriter at odds with people. Until that summer when he's convinced by his zany coworkers to join a house-share on Fire Island, where he meets Karen. Suddenly, his life involves a literate hooker and her preppy pimp, and he's on a one-way course to disaster. Hollywood hasn't scripted anything like this.

"The way everyone was acting-like they were all going to get laid, as if this had been decreed by God-my curiosity was piqued, not to mention my libido, and I decided to tag along."

Bio: JEFF KOSAKOW was an award-wining Madison Avenue advertising copywriter, who has been published in The New York Post, The Daily News, and Our Town. He was in the children's choruses of the Metropolitan Opera and New York City Opera at Lincoln Center; performed at nightspots such as Dangerfield's; exhibited paintings at art galleries; and worked in publishing. He lives on Earth. Love Life is his first novel.
