Bio: DR. THOMAS H. BERLINER has held senior positions at a number of large companies, been CEO of a successful high-tech start-up, and is currently vice president of Peer3 Technology Solutions. He has a Ph.D. in Management Science, is on the faculties of the University of Texas at Dallas and the Alliance for Medical Management Education, and is the author of numerous books and articles.

JAMES R. NEWSTEAD is the principal of the consulting firm Management Associates Inc., which helps organizations identify, prioritize and achieve their strategic goals. He has a degree in management and certificates from various executive training programs, and is on the faculty of the University of Texas at Dallas and the Alliance for Medical Management education.

ROBERT VAN TIL has experience as the owner of an independent business, as well as in the corporate business world, and is currently regional vice president of the international buildings materials company, Hanson Aggregates USA. He holds an M.B.A from Texas A&M University and is completing a graduate degree in international management.
