We’re proud that our first books were printed in our own Heidelberg presses and that over the last 30 years, we have published Allen Ginsberg, Nikos Kazantzakis, Aldous Huxley, Ernest Thompson Seton, Edward S. Curtis, Gertrude Stein, Charles Beaudelaire, B. Traven, W.H. Hudson, Ernest Schweibert, and many newer and current writers.

Our Black Lizard noir/suspense imprint of over 80 titles with authors such as Jim Thompson, David Goodis, James M. Cain and Frederick Brown and others was sold to Vintage Books in 1990. Private copies of our original books are available on many titles. Write for information.

We believe the future looks good for book publishing, for Creative Arts, and for our authors.
